By accessing and using Indikator's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Indikator provides algo-trading automation software for Indian markets, integrating with India's top five brokers — Zerodha, Angel One, Upstox, Dhan and Fyers. Our services include:

• No-code copy trading software (master to multiple accounts)
• Straddle/strangle and time-based strategy automation
• Webhook execution from TradingView and Chartink alerts
• Automated risk management (RMS) and one-click exits
• Custom automation of your own strategy, plus setup, training and support

Important: We are a technology provider. We do NOT provide:

• Investment advice or recommendations
• Trading tips or signals
• Research analysis services
• Portfolio management services
• Any form of advisory services

3. SEBI Compliance

Indikator is NOT registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as a Research Analyst, Investment Adviser, or any other regulated entity. We provide automation technology only; all trading decisions are yours.

4. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for all trading decisions made using our software
• You understand the risks involved in trading securities
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• You have the necessary knowledge and experience to use trading software
• You will not use our software for any illegal purposes

5. Software Ownership and License

5.1 Ownership

Upon full payment, you own the custom software developed for you. However, we retain intellectual property rights to our proprietary development methodologies and frameworks.

5.2 License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for your personal trading purposes.

5.3 Restrictions

You may not:

• Resell or redistribute the software
• Reverse engineer the software (except as permitted by law)
• Use the software to provide services to third parties
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

6. Payment Terms

• Payment terms will be specified in the project agreement
• Prices are subject to change with notice
• Refunds are subject to the terms in the project agreement
• All payments are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified

7. Support and Maintenance

We provide:

• Lifetime technical support for software-related issues
• Updates for broker API compatibility
• Bug fixes and patches

Support does NOT include:

• Trading advice or market analysis
• Strategy recommendations
• Modifications beyond the original scope (available as paid service)

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

8.1 No Warranties

The software is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8.2 No Guarantee of Profits

We make no guarantees or representations regarding:

• Trading profits or returns
• Performance of the software in live trading
• Accuracy of backtesting results
• Future market conditions

8.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Indikator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to trading losses, loss of profits, or loss of data.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Indikator from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the software
• Your trading activities
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable laws

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of:

• Trading strategies and algorithms
• Software source code
• Business information
• Personal information

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City], India.
